Why we take deposits
A deposit reserves your appointment time exclusively for you.
How much
The deposit for each service is shown before you confirm your booking.
How it is applied
Your deposit is deducted from your service total on the day of your appointment.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed. With enough notice, your deposit can be moved to a new appointment.
Payment methods
Deposits can be paid using the methods offered at booking. Appointments paid by bank transfer (such as Zelle) are confirmed once we have verified the payment.
