Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can send a request from the link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Deposits for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not refunded.
Running late
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
If we need to cancel
If we ever have to cancel your appointment, we will offer you a new time or a full refund of your deposit.
